Dark Roach was made for Mini Jam 204 (Cafe Theme, 'Left In The Dark' Limitation).

You play as a little roach fella, and have to navigate a level with movement restrictions based on whether you are hidden or exposed on the wall of a bustling cafe. 

GamePlay:

Can only go left in the dark, and can only go right in the light. Can always go up and down to reach/go into light or dark zones.

The Umbrella allows for movement in the light towards the left, bypassing the light restriction, but only once the umbrella times out can you move to the right again. 

Paintings allow you to blend into the wall, thus act as neutral points to stand on to change direction. 

Beans give a temporary speed boost.
